I Work Hard To Make Our Exercise Classes Fun And Suitable For Everyone

Class Timetable and Locations

All my regular weight management classes offer a weigh-in, motivational talk, exercise to music (aerobic) section, toning section and cool down.
Every few months I offer a body composition analysis which tells you your weight, BMI, muscle mass, fat mass, hydration levels and much more.
If you don’t wish to get weighed then you can just come for the exercise.

I run regular courses in Fitness Pilates which is a great way to change the shape of your body. Doing Fitness Pilates will help to tone your body and make your muscles longer and leaner over time. Fitness Pilates also helps improve core strength, balance and mobility and reduces muscular aches and pains.

(PLEASE NOTE-Fitness Pilates run during school term time only – booking essential)
