Every class includes an optional weigh-in, motivational talk, exercise to music (aerobic) section, toning and cool down. I also provide courses in Fitness Pilates and HiiT (interval training).
We Work Hard To Make Our Exercise Classes Fun And Suitable For Everyone
Please don’t worry that you’ll stand out or will not be able to do it. We have been trained well to adapt our exercises and can teach mixed abilities within one class.
We run 4, 5 and 6 week courses in Interval Training which is great for fat burning and Fitness Pilates which is great to improve posture, core strength and balance.
