Healthy Eating Plan

We have a healthy eating plan devised exclusively for our members by nutritionist Annie Edmunds. Based on the latest research, of intermitting fasting and following a good low carbohydrate, high protein mediterranean style of eat, which includes good fats which include the essential amino acids, and avoided chemiacal laden fat free and low fat products.
