We are much more than a slimming club!

We are passionate about exercise and helping people achieve long term health and fitness goals.   We offer sensible nutritional advice which can benefit you and your family long term. We don’t do “faddy” diets.  We truly believe moderation and consistency is the key!

We encourage our members to take a multi pronged approach to measuring success, so its not just weight reduction but more about measuring inch loss and reduction in body fat % and of course how your clothes feel.  We offer healthy checks using our body composition scales where clients can track progress and keep a detailed analysis of their results.
